Términos y Condiciones

All our services are conducted subject and adherent to the most recent edition of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Panamanian Freight Forwarders (CGTP) adopted by the Panamanian Freight Forwarder’s Association (APAC) and the liability limitations stipulated therein. Furthermore, to the standard trading terms applicable for the transportation, transhipment and warehousing service sectors, the Bill of Lading terms of ocean carriers and others, represented or contracted by our company, as well as to the terms and conditions set forth by port authorities. Todos nuestros servicios están sujetos y además se rigen por las limitaciones de responsabilidad contempladas en la última versión de las Condiciones Generales de los Transitarios Panameños (CGTP), adoptadas por la Asociación Panameña de Agencias de Carga (APAC), como también por las correspondientes condiciones contractuales para el transporte, transbordo, almacenaje, los términos de conocimientos de embarque de las navieras o los demás transportistas, representados o contratados por nosotros y por las correspondientes condiciones portuarias.
